Alexandra Yacovlef is the CEO of Little Studio Films.
She started in the Entertainment business in the early eighties in film financing with Studios such as Columbia and Universal and acted as a consultant for the department of film financing at SMITH BARNEY
In 1984 she represented International distributors in the USA from 11 different countries. Her fluency in 5 languages and financial experience helped her clients close deals acquiring over 100 films both most of which became worldwide successes. Some of these films were PLATOON, DIRTY DANCING, THE TERMINATOR franchise, ROCKY, BASIC INSTINCT, POWER RANGERS, FATAL ATTRACTION etc.
In 1989 she founded her own sales company AXELIA INTERNATIONAL PICTURES selling over 27 films to profit and attending all major film markets and Festivals.
In 2000 she created LITTLE STUDIO FILMS with the intent to incorporate all Entertainment activities under one roof like in the old Studio system.
Today Alexandra is involved mostly in the consulting and representation of several high profile International distributors, producers and Entertainment companies structuring financial deals, co-productions, packaging and or sales of International and US film properties.
Alexandra worked with all major International Banks and all major Entertainment companies Studios and distributors.

Alexia Melocchi
Alexia Melocchi is the President of Little Studio Films. She has had a successful career in the international marketplace, as both a sales agent and buyer’s rep for eleven territories, giving her diverse exposure to all types of films and functions in the entertainment industry. As consultant she works on packaging films, securing co productions and arranging for US and International Distribution of several projects of her clients using her expertise in international sales, pre-sales, international acquisitions and a global film marketing approach.
Born in Italy but raised in the United States, Alexia Melocchi has always had a passion for young Talent and has focused all her efforts to promote local and international writers, directors, producers as well as quality films in the world marketplace. Alexia is fluent in English, Italian, Greek, Spanish, French, and some German.
As a Producers Representative and Executive Producer she applies an entrepreneurial and innovative approach for her clients, which are primarily European and American Production Companies. A few companies she has worked with include, FABOLOUS FILMS (France), INTRA FILMS (Italy), IVS (Spain), CHEZE PRODUCTIONS (S. Africa), JAZZ PICTURES (US), SHOOTING STARS (Italy) and POWDER MONKEY, LLC (USA), HUMBLE JOURNEY FILMS (USA) to name a few. On behalf of her client INTRA MOVIES she helped to achieve a 2000 Golden Globe Nomination for CENTO PASSI, an Italian entry for Best Foreign Film.
Alexia is currently running the US corporate endeavors for the Italian Sales and Production Company FILMEXPORT GROUP and the Japan Media Giant NIKKATSU.
Through LITTLE STUDIO FILMS, she is currently attached in a producer capacity to several projects including the feature “THE PRODIGAL” with director Fred Schepisi (“EMPIRE FALLS”), the feature film “WOODY, CISCO& ME” a biopic on legendary folk singer Woody Guthrie to be directed by Mimi Leder (“The Peacemaker”) and co produced with client GHOST BEHIND THE CHAIR, the feature “STALKING SIMON LE BON” to be directed by Jim Fall (“The Lizzie Mc Guire movie”) with the music of Duran Duran, and the feature “SUNSET RIDERS” to be co produced with Jan Fant whose credits include “TRISTAND AND ISOLDE” and “BEYOND THE SEA”.
